Paradigm 12″ Sub Refoam Kit
This kit will fit the Paradigm PS-2200 (Woofer part # 2010832220) 12″ powered home audio subwoofer and more.
– You may have to trim the outside diameter of this foam 1/16″ to fit in the recessed groove on the basket.
Each Refoam Kit includes all the materials needed to repair one (1) speaker:
– Refoaming Instructions
– 1 Foam Surround (F12-7)
– Shims For Centering the 2.5″ Voice Coil (If Selected)
– One 5″ Poly Dust Cap (If Selected)
– 1 Tube of Specially Formulated Foam Surround Adhesive
*It can be difficult to refoam a speaker without removing the dust cap and inserting the plastic shims. The plastic shims are used to center the voice coil and cone assembly while the speaker is being refoamed. If you do not use the plastic shims, the voice coil may be off center and it may lead to the voice coil rubbing. It is possible to reuse the original dust cap on this sub. You can peel it off the cone and reglue it back down when repair is completed.
A – Outside diameter of the surround = 11.625″
