Dahlquist DQM Series 8 inch Refoam Kit
This kit will fit 8″ speakers that have an angled attachment to the cone.
Models include:
– DQM-3, DQM-5, DQM-7, DQM-9 and more.
Each Refoam Kit includes all the materials needed to repair two (2) speakers:
– Refoaming Instructions
– 2 Foam Surrounds
– 1 Bottle of Specially Formulated Foam Surround Adhesive
*Some speakers this size you can refoam without shimming the voice coil and you can try to center it by hand.
A – Outside diameter of the surround = 7.75″
B – Roll ends = 6.938″
C – Roll starts / O.D. of the cone = 6″
D – Inside diameter of the surround = 5.5″
