Went to go see about getting speaker repaired and ended up buying another identical pair for less than what it would cost to fix it. This will be my go to speaker place from now on.

Purchased two AR11 replacement tweeters. Fast and reliable delivery, very good packaging. The quality of the parts is substantially better than from the competition. Metal vs. plastic mounting plates, gold plated lugs and better marking of polarity. The level of these tweeters is higher than of the originals, need to adjust to -3dB to tame them a bit.

Last year, I blew out the woofers in my 30-year old Dahlquist DQ-30 speakers. The woofers needed new voice coils and rebuilding. Although it took a while to get the replacement voice coils, once the job was complete, the speakers now have an amazing new low end – better than new! I highly recommend Midwest Speaker!

Having never repaired a speaker before, I took a risk in ordering a refoam kit for my vintage AR58s speakers. I called first and asked a couple of questions to ensure I purchased the correct items. Both people I talked to were extremely helpful. My order was promptly delivered to me on the west coast much faster than I expected. The surrounds were a perfect fit and the instructions were clear. I was able to refoam a pair of woofers in a minimal amount of time. Doing so saved me a lot of money over my options of buying new woofers or worse new speakers! My speakers sound great! I am a happy customer.

Just finished installing a refoam kit on a pair of JBL 116 woofers (in JBL L19 2-way speakers). It was a bit of work to get all of the old foam off and get the frames cleaned up (about an hour each speaker), but after a day of dry time and reassembly, they sound great! What a difference! So, thanks for a quality product.

Had them refoam my JBL LE15A woofers. They’re considered the experts for a reason. Turnaround was the minimum that they quoted, the work is perfect, and all at a very fair price.
