Paradigm PS-1000 v.4 10″ Sub Refoam Kit
*The original foam surround is not available. The closest replacement is the F10-5 foam surround. It has a smaller roll size then the original, but will still work.

Each Refoam Kit includes all the materials needed to repair one (1) speaker:
– Refoaming Instructions
– 1 Foam Surround (F10-5)
– Shims For Centering the 1.5″ Voice Coil (If Selected)
– One 5″ Poly Dust Cap (If Selected) You can reuse the original cap if careful
– 1 Tube of Specially Formulated Foam Surround Adhesive (strong and sticky to bond on the poly cones)
*It can be difficult to refoam a speaker without removing the dust cap and inserting the plastic shims. The plastic shims are used to center the voice coil and cone assembly while the speaker is being refoamed. If you do not use the plastic shims, the voice coil may be off center and it may lead to the voice coil rubbing. It is possible to reuse the original dust cap on this sub. You can peel it off the cone and reglue it back down when repair is completed.
